Clients who accept bonus credit from SwiftCoinMax LTD acknowledge and agree to the following restrictions on withdrawals of profits and credit:

  1. Withdrawals of profits and credit are subject to the condition that the trading volume reaches the calculated amount, which is determined as follows: initial deposit * 100 * leverage.
  2. Failure to meet the required trading volume outlined above will result in restrictions on withdrawals of bonus credit and profits associated with the bonus credit.
  3. Clients understand that the initial deposit is exempt from these withdrawal restrictions.
  4. Clients accepting bonus credit expressly consent to these withdrawal restrictions and agree to abide by them.
  5. SwiftCoinMax LTD reserves the right to enforce these withdrawal restrictions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Client Agreement.

By accepting bonus credit from SwiftCoinMax LTD, clients agree to adhere to these withdrawal restrictions and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of bonus credit and associated profits.

This clause is an integral part of the Client Agreement between the Client and SwiftCoinMax LTD and is binding upon acceptance of bonus credit.

7. Withdrawals
